FAQ

Answers about review eligibility, removal decisions, pricing, payment, privacy and case handling.

Can any negative review be removed?

No. A review generally needs a relevant policy or legal basis. We still assess genuine negative opinions and recommend the appropriate next step.

Who makes the final decision?

The relevant platform makes the final moderation decision. ReputeClear does not control that decision.

When do I pay?

For standard success-fee cases, the $199 removal fee is due after a successful eligible removal.

How can I pay?

A secure provider-hosted payment request or link can be sent for the case. We do not ask clients to email card or banking credentials.

Do you need my Google password?

No. Never send passwords or verification codes through the website.
